"EM Property was fantastic and just what I needed. The exhaust fan in my bathroom started leaking during a rainstorm and I wasn't even sure who to contact about it. They came out the very next day and inspected it for free and told me what was wrong and how they could fix it. They provided me with a fair estimate for the project and even offered to clean my gutters while they were up on the roof (which I greatly appreciated as it was long over due!). They were fast and efficient and got everything completed before the next rain storm. Both Dale and Justin were professional and friendly and answered all of my many questions. Justin even gave me the low down on the current condition of my roof and offered some additional advice on upkeep which I appreciate since I have no plans to climb up there myself any time soon.
