"Mr. Olson came and gave a free price estimate.  The bid was fair and the crew could be here in just over a week.  The four of them arrived right on time as scheduled. They were careful of my driveway, covered and/or protected the fence, lawn, and deck.   They were cautious about the irrigation sprinkler heads and existing plants.  Four large trees (maybe around 75' tall?) were brought down carefully in small pieces, and nothing was damaged on the ground.  They removed all the wood and did a thorough job cleaning up after they were done cutting and hauling.  They treated the yard like it was one of their own and the cost for the service was very reasonable, just as the estimate/bid.  I would use them again for any of my tree cutting needs.

"I appreciate that Paul met with me very soon after I contacted him. He obviously is a very experienced arborist and gave me insight into the other trees on my property, besides the douglas fir. A previous company had said that I didn't need to remove it, but this gentleman was not an arborist and he quoted me $900 to do windsail reduction and also said it would cost thousands and thousands to take the tree out. Paul's crew were very effective and in no time at all the tree was down, chipped up, they cleaned up well and were on their way for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge, expertise, and reasonable price.

"Mike and his crew did a very thorough clean-up of the yard, which is large, clearing out all the underbrush and trimming the rhodies up.  Also trimmed a few branches off two fir trees.  They worked hard and fast and were very pleasant to deal with.  They went the extra mile.  Very polite.  They worked so hard that I purchased extra time and my neighbor hired them for a day.

"I contacted In Depth via email; Dillon called me the next day and was available to stop by for an estimate soon after that. I wanted to salvage as much wood from the previous owner's mill-working (?) structure as possible to use elsewhere on my property. Although I decided not to go with the more work-intensive salvage option due to my budget, Dillon was able to instead skillfully pull down the structure with his truck with little damage to the overall amount of wood I wanted to re-use. This more cost-friendly option worked out perfectly, and as soon as I finished salvaging what I wanted, Dillon came back and hauled the rest (plus some extra junk) away. Throughout the process, Dillon was professional, friendly, and easy to reach via text/phone, and I appreciated not having to wait for responses.
