These truly could not have gone any better and it may have been the easiest thing I have done with house work. I had a few other quotes on this work and this company was a better deal by and large or at least competitive with the other offers. The work was done largely to my satisfaction with only a few very minor criticisms. There were some areas that were particularly dirty on my house and it appears that there are spots on the under-side of the siding that may have been missed. The window cleaning was decent on most windows, but it looks like they may have been done in an order that made the lower level windows dirty again before the work was completed. Since the window cleaning was included in the base price, this is hardly worth mentioning because most places would charge extra for this service anyways, so something is better than nothing. Overall, I liked the work they did and I would absolutely consider using them the next time I need this work done!"

"Cleaned heating and cooling vents (did not install) The price was excellent. My house is 38 years old and the vents had never been cleaned. They also did my 2 bathroom fans. They were here within 3 working days of my call to schedule. Joe quoted me a special price on the phone. While he wrote his price on day of service. I reminded Joe of his phone quote, and he quickly met that price. I did not have to clean up much at all and they did NOT bring machines into my house, just hoses. There was one scratch on a bedroom dresser, but it cleaned up with wax and furniture stain ( canâ  t see it at all). Joe presented me the various add on services ( mold, insects..,) but did not insist and even recommended not doing one option. I believe I got the best of services for the best of prices."

"Excellent work. Incredible amount of junk removed. I really liked that he checked the chimney stacks, for pointing etc. Best of all he took photos of the our 3 of 6 chimney stacks on the roof and sent them to us. Now we understand this one shared chimney with 6 stacks in it, 3 for us and 3 for our row house neighbors. Definitely would hire again and recommend. I could not find cost of cleaning, but was reasonable."
