"These guys are awesome! They did a fast, amazing job, were really nice, explained the scope of the job to me clearly, and their prices were very competitive. The top dozen or so courses of my 100 year old chimney were falling apart, the liners were cracked and the topper had blown off, they rebuilt it using the existing bricks, matched the mortar perfectly, and even gave it a little detailing. It looks so great, I'm so happy with it! Thank you guys!"

"The company was very prompt in responding to my inquiry. They were also quick to get me on their schedule and actually started a few days before my scheduled date. They tore down the old chimney and removed all of it away. Then they built a new chimney and it looks great. They matched the bricks perfectly and the workmanship was top notch. They placed a concrete top (ledge) on the chimney with a drip overhang on all sides. Something the old chimney was lacking. They also put a chimney cap on top of the flue to keep rain and critters out. The owner, Gary, called me and told me he could not complete the flashing around the chimney until I got a roofer to replace the shingles that had too much tar on them from years of patching. He said if the roofer preferred to do the flashing, then he would deduct the amount he was going to charge me for the flashing. As it turns out, that is what happened. I was also very pleased to hear the roofer tell me that the new chimney was very well done. He had real good things to say about it. I am very happy with my experience with this company."

"Snafu in scheduling resulting in taking two days off and the 2nd day was almost cancelled. I only found out about the cancellation when I called because no one showed up. Had I not called they would not have come, even though there was a scheduled appointment. Service recovery resulted in a technician coming out a few hours later. The technician was polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I hesitate to use this company again because of difficulty scheduling. I lost money taking two days off to get the chimney serviced."
