However once the job is done, you will never see them again when there are any issues. This will not happen to Hi Tech Contracting as they are professional, responsible and trustworthy. "So far so good. We have contract with NVN, the manager(Oscar) looked knowledgeable and communicable, the crew just came om time, so I hope there will be no problems. I will post the progress later. Update: The job was done. Looks good, but after first rain the water stays in spots. And so after any rain. I called several times, got two promises to take a look, but still, after 8 months, waiting. Besides, they promised to call in spring to schedule sealcoating - nobody bothers to call. Conclusion: everage done job, reasonable price, but once they finish, they disappeared. That is it."

"I hired Stonegate to totally redo a bad stucco job by a different contractor. My stucco around the garage had cracks and blotches from where the other contractor did sloppy work. He took the time to repair any cracks that developed, evened out the mounds of concrete from other contractor and re-stuccoed the whole wall and inside walls to look brand new. Would highly recommend him. His workers are professional, pleasant, helpful and really take care to make sure the job is done right."

They removed furniture to storage, dismantled cabinets and removed to storage, ripped out old floor and subfloor, replaced insulation under subfloor, installed new plywood subfloor and new 3/4 in. prefinished oak floor, then reinstalled cabinetry and painted as needed. "I had used them to perform work in my backyard last year. They installed three zones with multiple heads the total bill was 1k. They did a good Job. I recently had an issue with a sprinkler head in the front. I had asked to set a time to have this fixed along with some other things but since they can't schedule in a timely manner they called at the last minute and said they are in the area so I said fine please replace the one sprinkler head in the front. They gave me a bill for $170 dollars. It took the person 10 minutes. In that $170 they charged me $50 for a sprinkler head that cost $7 dollars. I complained and the secretary told me this is what it cost for two men to come onsite. I didn't asked for two men to replace one sprinkler head. I won't be using them again!"
