"Bobby was very careful with curtains, furniture, etc.  However, one window screen was damaged.  Bobby said he would repair the screen, and he did so in a timely fashion.  <br /> However, I noticed that the repaired screen was "too tight", such that the clips that hold the screen in place couldn't quite reach the wooden frame to the left and right of the screen.  Bobby eventually came back and, for no additional cost, repaired the screen on site so that we could be sure the finished screen panel was wide enough to clip into the frame properly.  He was willing to make this right, pleasant when he came to do so, and not at all impatient about getting this "extra" work done.  I really appreciated his taking responsibility for the repair of that screen. <br />"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
