We made our mind to use his team because he made us feel comfortable to work with. We are 1st time home-owner so finding a contractor who has the patience for us and the knowledge to walk us through decisions when buying materials are very important. James is the one met our requirement. We have 5 bedrooms 2 baths. It took about two months and half to finish because certain materials we ordered did not arrive on time. During the renovation, there were unexpected issues that James discovered, but he was always able to figure out a solution that falls into our budget. I would recommend them to my friends who are in need of a contractor. Oh, BTW, I like the music turned on when they were doing the work. A few cool guys to work with, and they made the stressful renovation project a little more enjoyable."

When it became obvious that our original plan for the room (replace drywall, sand, and paint) would not address all the structural issues uncovered during the demo phase, they were more than willing and able to work with us on a solution that didn't break the bank (rebuild broken staircase, rebuild pantry, replace wood and tile flooring). The finished project far exceeds our expectations."
