They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again. Very happy with the service, their professionalism, and work. I recommended them to our neighbors and would definitely have them install rods on any future houses."
