"My Property Masters did great work on my Front door"

"Todd installed three new interior/exterior doors for us. Two of which are steel and fire rated, and the third is a larger, entryway door, with sidelights. All of the doors look beautiful, they open and close perfectly, and the air leaking we had with our old doors, is gone! Thank you, Todd! If you are looking for a door or window installer, you will find Todd to be professional, as well as very knowledgeable about, and experienced in this work. He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. He was also very thorough in discussing lock options for our doors, and helping me choose the most secure locks for our home. I'm glad we hired Todd, and we feel so much warmer and more secure in our home because of his help."

"Professional work with quality. Took care of approvals. Cost effective and timely manner. He did another project for replacing chimney wood replacement and brought required machinery to perform the job. I will recommend to all for carpenters needs."

What exactly should I say about myself?

"Great guy, very friendly and professional. Did very thorough work on multiple locks - door locks on 2 doors and also fence gate locks. One door/lock assembly was so old but he found a way to make it work. I would hire him again in a heart beat."

"Received an estimate and agreed to it, so work began the same day. We had two sets of folding closet doors replaced, and he (Hans) was able to finish the door project the first day. He had to come back to troubleshoot the malfunctioning ceiling fan, and he also accomplished that in a timely manner. Very happy with the work. Wish it had been a little cheaper, but I suppose that is always true."

"Outstanding Service! I submitted a request to fix a front storm door that wouldn’t open, and this handyman called me almost immediately after I posted. His communication was excellent from the start—professional, prompt, and friendly. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous about having a stranger in my home, but he instantly put me at ease both during our initial conversation & when I met him in person. When I asked if he worked on other types of projects, he said yes & suggested I make a list for us to review when he arrived. He showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my storm door, & had it fixed in no time. Then he efficiently worked through the rest of my list—from lighting & overhead garage doors to back garage doors, shed hinge repairs, & installing security cameras—handling each item with skill & care. He did an amazing job on everything-was very professional & an absolute pleasure to work with. Will definitely use again for other projects & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
