"It went great. They are very informative and are helpful. They are also upfront about everything and willing to answer any questions I had. I can always get a hold of someone if I needed something unlike other company I worked with. Also when they follow up they are very professional about it."

"I have known Todd for over a decade now. He has been there to take up any issues I have with my property, starting with an issue with the fence, replacing rotten trims outside the house and painting them, locating the source of a leaking window (which several others were not able to do) and fixing it!!! and so many more. I dont know what I would have done without Todd. He is very fair, completes the job in a professional way, cleans up, high quality of work done and keeps his dates. I will always recommend him (as I have done so many times). Ravi Subbarao"

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"We received estimates from 3 different contractors for our soffit and fascia which was totally outdated. 1) Not only did Ryan Renovations offered the best estimate but also provided the best coverage for the entire project. 2) Ryan was very thorough and explained all the work needed as we went around the house while he was taking measurements. 3) The crew was very professional. They worked tirelessly in the cold February. They cleaned after each day that they finished. The workmanship was top notched. 4) A few weeks after the work was completed, we called for a minor issue that we noticed due to the weather conditions. Ryan responded immediately to my call. The crew came in and completed the work without even bothering us. 5) We were very pleased with the quality, professionalism and service that Ryan Renovations provided."

"Sales meeting was very comfortable. Randy checked all areas of concern and included all items discussed. Randy was easy to reach each time I called. Very responsive. Crew was on time, easy to work with each day. All items discussed were completed. The work was very well done. House looks new again. The Techs showed great pride in their detailing, clean up and final walk inspection."

"Blue Sky replaced our 25-year-old roof and deck (flat roof and Trex deck, privacy screens and guard rails). Chris and his team were efficient and professional, cleaned up after every day, and did excellent work. The team created a gate for us as an emergency exit to our neighboring unit, and installed a simple yet elegant solution for the latches to be opened from either side. We love our new deck!"

"We initially loved the work done by Renovax. Unfortunately after 1 year the James Hardie siding began buckling at various points around the house. One large section over our front door became completely detached. Jack from Renovax came to inspect the issues and blamed everything on either wear end tear (yes after one year) or wind damage. Jack argued with me and my 6 month pregnant wife for about an hour saying that the only way he would fix the issues was if we agreed to having large, non-manufacturer specification screws that "wouldn't be pretty." In addition to these issues, we learned that Renovax installed new gutters without gutter aprons (flashing), that was allowing water to get behind our siding. This most likely caused the buckling issues. Jack insists we don't need the flashing, even though it's in our contract, and now says the only way he'll honor the work is if we sign an agreement that we won't hold Renovax accountable for damaging our house! Renovax finally came out to "fix" the buckled siding and now we're getting water seepage into the house which caused damage to a renovated section of our house. Jack from Renovax blamed our roofing (we had the roof replaced 7 years ago) for the new leak that started at the exact spot they just reworked. We were forced to hire another company which showed us that Renovax cut away a section of shingles to some flashing and that is where the water was entering our home. They fixed the issue, we've had several days of rain and no more water has come in. The same contractor showed us several other issues he found with the work performed by Renovax, including siding that doesn't extend all the way to the roof with the gap hidden behind aluminum flashing. You can lift up the flashing and see into our house. We've had large amounts of stink bugs and lady bugs finding their way into our house and now we know why. This has been such a disappointing experience, we have 4 children including a newborn. Instead of enjoying our new renovation with our new family addition, Renovax has caused us so much stress without any remorse or care. I have pictures and video, including Ring footage of Jack arguing with my pregnant wife, saying our siding is bowing and buckling because of vibrations from our sliding patio door. I've lost so many brain cells dealing with this company, whatever they might have been in the past I can guarantee you they are now far from that."

"I needed six new windows and a storm door replaced...and all were long overdue projects. I got three estimates. Tom from Capa was the third (and the quote was in the middle of the three), but I felt WAY better about dealing with him than anyone else. Tom did not try to upsell me into an expensive brand. One company insisted I have entirely new windows....no inserts. Tom did not agree. Tom told me that "we'll take care of you" and was as good as his word. The company is honest and works hard to please you. On installation day, three men arrived and installed all 6 windows and the storm door in one day. They took pride in their work and were extremely hard workers. I HIGHLY recommend Capa. They are good, honest people."
