I would call customer service and they would be polite and tell me they were sorry but would never get nothing done. It took them 3 scheduling to begin with before they would come out and do the yard. They would say one thing and then do another. They are a little expensive. I didn't see a huge difference in the quality of myself doing it vs theirs."
