"Had leaking roof replaced. Two layers stripped down to sheathing. Had ridge vent installed, snow shield, 50 yr GAF architectural shingles., drip moldings and synthetic felt paper House was protected with tarps, crew showed up along with shingle delivery. Workers removed roof and had shingles lowered on roof via crane at the same time. Crew worked like a fine oiled machine. Had old roof removed, new roof installed and yard cleaned and done by 3pm. Couldn't ask for better."

Workers removed roof and had shingles lowered on roof via crane at the same time. Crew worked like a fine oiled machine. Had old roof removed, new roof installed and yard cleaned and done by 3pm. Couldn't ask for better."

They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"

"Once again, Jason and his guys came through for us for an emergency situation. I noticed a small amount of mold growing on the ceiling above our shower. To me this was an emergency. Though Jason was fully booked up, he found the time to remove and replace the ceiling, install a new exhaust fan, and do all the associated repairs. As always, his team did the job quickly, were professional and neat. The work was top quality. I recommend Explicit Exteriors without hesitation."
