"I would give Rafael negative stars if possible. He was supposed to do a simple concrete slab & turf for our backyard. We agreed that half of the payment would be upfront, the other half when we got back from our 3 week vacation. He said he would install rebar & have the concrete poured. We noticed some swirling on the concrete on our cameras. We addressed the problem, he kept dodging it rather than coming up with a solution. Turns out he didn't even install rebar or get the concrete professionally poured. It was quick-concrete mixed in a wheel barrow... The slab is completely level, drainage isn't cut right, we had lights that he recommended to remove, didn't move them, wires in the concrete. Corners are cracking, concrete wasn't broomed, hence the swirling. He never addressed the problem, didn't show up to collect the remaining balance after I said there was a problem. Now lying saying we owe him for 17 days of late payment, when he agreed to pick it up when we got back. "
