"Wolverine Gutters replaced my gutters and downspouts following a severe hailstorm. They did an outstanding job. They responded in a timely manner. They clearly explained the work that would be done. All aspects of the job were completed in a timely manner without any problems, They even made improvements in a couple areas to reduce the chance of blockages occurring in the future. Everything was inspected after the installation to ensure the new gutters would work properly. All areas around the house were cleaned up thoroughly before they left. I highly recommend the use of this company if you have any gutter needs."

"Our roof suffered hail damage in June 2025 and required replacement. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Rampart Roofing. Ken Fristoe was our project manager, and he could not have been better. Ken inspected our roof, discussed replacement options, provided his recommendations and answered all of our questions. He was very responsive and kept us regularly and promptly informed with phone calls, texts and emails. These communications were complemented by the office staff. Materials were delivered on the day scheduled and the following business day the Rampart crew of six roofers showed up at 6:45 a.m. and worked for 10-1/2 hours straight to complete the job in one day. I've never seen a crew work so hard. They did a great job and left the job site completely clean."

"I've worked with These folks a couple of times and been very pleased with the work, first on my home a few years ago, and last fall on my rental properties. The price was fair - too cheap and i get suspicious. They followed up, covered my concerns, were thorough and the roofs look great. I'd use them again any time I needed a roof."

"Cheyenne Mountain Roofing has been repairing the roof of our building since 2000. This is a two tiered, flat roof (22,000 sa ft) warehouse building in Colorado Springs Colorado built in 1977. We have had numerous problems and leaks during the years! Since 2020 Cheyenne Mountain Roofing has repaired the roof 4 times. Last week I phoned Ricky (the manager) on Thursday May 11 at about 7:00 AM to inform him our roof was leaking again and could he come out or get someone out to check it out and get it repaired. This is the 4th time in three years we have needed roof repairs, had major leaks and had the interior of our building destroyed ! Chet, a representative, was out later that morning and left, giving no indication what was going on, what was wrong, if and when it could be fixed or any information. We waited for some response, call back, email, or something, but nothing ever came. Friday I called the Cheyenne roofing office at 2:35 PM, as Ricky's did not answer his cell phone. I spoke with the receptionist and asked what was going on----She said she couldn't find Ricky or he wasn't there and someone would call me back that day!!! I'm still waiting a week later with buckets and buckets of water flowing into the building, ceiling tiles falling down, and a total mess with lots of leaks; unhappy tenants, employees, and pet owners! We spent over $8500.00 with Cheyenne Mtn Roofing since 8/12/2020. I know that is not a great deal but they were supposed to have the roof fixed and not leaking. We have always paid our bill! You would think we could at least get a phone call back to say we can fix it, we can fix it on such and such a date, or "go to h***", you're a pain in the neck and we can't, won't, or don't want to fix it! But we got nothing! I feel this is terrible service especially for existing customers. Maybe this is all we can expect in today's world, but I expect MORE! I would strongly discourage you from using Cheyenne Mountain Roofing! Greg Flaks 719-339-0854"

FAQs for roof cleaning service projects in Monument, CO

To find a reputable ice dam removal company, check verified customer reviews and ensure they have the proper credentials. Look at online testimonials and consult reputable agencies like the Better Business Bureau to validate their service record. Contact the company to ask about their experience, hourly rates, and safety practices. This helps ensure you're hiring a pro with proven expertise and a solid track record to protect your home from ice dam damage.

Ice dams can cause extensive damage that jeopardizes your entire roof structure. They can lead to issues like attic condensation, broken roof sheathing, persistent leaks, visible wall water stains, mold in your attic insulation, sagging drywall, rotting attic framing, and roof collapse. This damage compromises your home's integrity and requires immediate professional attention to ensure proper repair and safety.

Most insurance policies don’t include coverage for the removal of ice dams since it's considered preventive maintenance. However, damage caused by ice dams—such as roof collapse, extensive water damage, or structural failures—may be covered by your policy. It's a good idea to contact your insurance provider to understand your coverage.

Removing snow from your roof can help prevent ice dams. Use a proper roof rake from the ground or a safe ladder—never climb onto an icy roof. Also, consider addressing any inadequate attic insulation that may cause heat leakage. Promptly clearing snow minimizes risks and helps maintain a safe, durable roof.
