We accepted the bid with a few adjustments, the shingles and roofing materials were delivered within a week, and the job was finished in less than 2 weeks from the bid. The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. "Ryan came out to do an estimate to repair our roof, which had leaks around some solar panels and skylights. He was professional and courteous. He inspected the locations of the leaks, found some seals that had broken down, and found the rest of the roof was in good condition. In his review he showed pictures of what he found. He said it would take five minutes to apply a new seal in those areas and he'd be happy to do it for free.
