"Beantown was amazing from quote to finish! We have a 2 family and needed front and back decks replaced. Stairs caving, boards lifting. Beantown took the time to review proper codes and how they would make this deck last! Our support beams that were wrapped turned out to be rotted and high risk for our roof to collapse. The quality of decking used and proper installation, these decks will last! Not to mention how much better they look, and minimal up keep! Beantown employees were polite and friendly. Working overnight, I was still able to sleep during the day when they were working without disruption. After going food shopping they even offered to help carry in my bags! We will definitely be using them again!"

Tom Greene and his son Brad came to look at the project, talked in depth with us about what might be needed, and worked up a plan and estimate for us.  They were very honest and straight forward about the problems facing us and the fact that as they started the job they might find more problems than we were expecting. (They were right!) 
My husband, a mechanical engineer , had done a lot of restoration work on other parts of the house many years ago and was impressed with the knowledge and understanding that Tom and Brad about handling this particular job.  They communicated well with us and answered many questions (from me) about what was being done.  The work progressed, between rainstorms in June and July, and when the job was finished,  the north side of our 18th century house was proudly sporting new sills, posts, plates, floor joists and a roof  extension.
We are preparing to hire them back again for another project on the front of our house.  We wouldn't have anyone else do this work.  Tom and Brad really know what they are doing!"

Great price , we got 3 quotes and Atlas wasn’t the cheapest but after the job that Paul and his crew did I would hire them again over and over . Actually we own a commercial building in Weymouth and Paul gave us a great price to install a rubber roof on the 1,000 square foot roof . I no they will do a great job on that as well .
