He went above and beyond by putting a small round metal piece on the door opener at the top (not sure of correct name) which keeps the door open when needed. "I was not at home when Steve showed up to inspect the house. We coordinated via the phone and text messages. Steve climbed my roof and sent pictures of the issues he found. All the issues he found were minor and he fixed them as he found them. I asked him the charge and he said there wasn't any charge since it was so minor. He did find a problem with the chimney. There is a hole in the frame and he told me up front he could not fix it, but gave me the number of someone who could. I am very impressed by Steve's professionalism and no pressure attitude. When my roof does need replacing I will be giving the work to him."
