"Due to a bad grade on my property, when it Rained hard water would pool in the yard.if it was a really hard downpour water would seep in through the foundation and run into the attached garage and soak everything. I dreaded seeing it rain. Would run to the garage and put blankets and rugs down to caught the water. The last straw was when I got new carpet for my family room. I have a tri level so it is below ground level some what. Had had water seep in there before but nothing like the garage area.
