They are super easy to work with, communicates easily and clearly via text which is a millennial’s dream for project management. "Shape Plan (annual maintenance program) - Technicians present a sales pitch, with a video taken of your house, for "improvements" to your HVAC system after performing the check up. (During an air conditioner check up another man showed up and didn't indicate why he was there or introduce himself. He did no work, but listened to the sales presentation of the technician.). The recommended improvements cost hundreds to thousands of dollars! The most annoying thing is that the customer must state REPEATEDLY that they're not interested before the technician will leave."

"The roofers were working at a property 1/2 mile away and repeatedly trespassed on my property and took photos of my home, vehicles and property. My children were terrified in the house. I asked them to leave multiple times and they still returned. I went as far as to let the company know and the only response I received was a thumbs up. This company had quoted work at my home but after the experience and lack of respect for a private home owner and a family, I will not do business with them and would NOT recommend. They do not even have the decency to respond to a concerned potential customer."
