"Hakan Anderson had two painters at the house who quickly set about installing plastic on the furniture. They then applied stain blocker to the water stains on the ceilings from a leaking roof that was replaced. This was an insurance job. Then they cut in the perimeter of the ceiling with a brush and then rolled 2 coats of paint on each ceiling. After they were done, it was all about cleaning up and a walk through. I had moved all the furniture to the center of the rooms prior to their arrival. Hakan said it wasn't necessary but I felt better about doing it myself."

Interior work to repair cracks in ceiling in 4 rooms and painting ceilings. House square footage of 1100 sq.ft. Cost was $4,264 and then with the Angi discount of 20%, final cost was $3,411. The Advance crew showed up Wednesday morning and was done Friday morning. Very neat and professional 3 man crew."

The gentleman was named Frank. Everything was done correctly and efficiently-he's a true professional. The fact that he was very personable is just the icing on the cake-because it could be awkward when a stranger spends 5+hours in your house but he was easy to chat with while he worked. I have one or two more larger "projects" and I will definitely call them again And request Frank"
