However, they went ahead and adding some sealant to the pipe to try to fix it. They came out, looked at it and fixed something they didn’t need to all free of charge."

The work was completed in two days and cleanup was very thorough. He returned to remove the tarps and canvassed the perimeter for debris, especially nails and tacks. He thoroughly explained the issue I was having with my roof and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He also noticed other beginning issues with the roof, like nails lifting, boots becoming dislodged and sealant issues. I also mentioned to him there was a tremendous amount of water over flowing above one gutters in heavy rain in one location as my roof pitch is steep with multiple roof angles in this area. When Mike, his crew arrived, Mike fixed all issues, including the water flow issue, and took the time to explain his day on my roof to me.
