Get matched with top roof sealant application pros in Mooresville, NC

"We called them as we had a leak- they’d installed our roof about 3 years ago. They came out and turns out the issue was a furnace pipe, nothing roof related and nothing they’d put in. However, they went ahead and adding some sealant to the pipe to try to fix it. They came out, looked at it and fixed something they didn’t need to all free of charge."

"It was a great experience.  This was the 2nd time I have replaced a roof in my lifetime. Jim came out and evaluated my roof.  He took his time and pointed things out about my roof to make me a better consumer.  The other company that bid the job never even look in my attic and only spent 5 minutes at the house as they use an aerial view of the roof.

My wife chose the top of the line premium roofing system.........of course she did. :)

Within two days Jim had the bid emailed to me and then called to set a day to come by to explain everything.  The other company, a well known one in Charlotte,  just emailed the bid and I never heard from them again.

The crew showed up early each morning and worked until the sun went down. They did a great job and did their best to protect my property and shrubs.  There was very little damage and I planned the job while my wife was out of town....a good thing for all concerned.

The sheathing on the roof was damaged and rotted in more places than the bid allowed for.  I was not asked to pay more money.

As a retired Plumbing Contractor, I did my research on Charlotte roofing....their license, customer referrals, Angie's List, roofing material manufacturers and insurance coverage. They are clean as a whistle. I am not an easy person to work for and know what great looks like....THEY ARE GREAT.

The owner even sent me a hand-written thank you note before they received their final payment.

"I provided the roof shingle manufactures name and color of shingles to the sales person. The crew arrived withe the same materials in hand. Fast, fair price and friendly..... Outstanding!"

"They were on time and did the job good. I did not have no roof sealant put on. The strip on roof was rising up and I knew that was abnormal. They fixed it!! The only thing I think it was a little pricey for fixing that peice. But the job was done and the roof looks a 100% better."

"The Project Manager, Bryan Murphy, contacted me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment and came out the very next day. He was very thorough in his inspection checking the roof as well inside rooms and attic. He quickly noticed an issue with one of the main vent pipes/caps and damaged roofing surrounding the area. He took photos and shared them with me along with his recommendations and estimate. The following day his crew came out and within an hour had the job completed to my satisfaction at a very fair price. I highly recommend Skyview roofing and will use them again for all my roofing needs."
