The damaged fascia boards were removed and the replacement boards primed and painted to match the existing color. Project was completed in a timely manner. Quality of work and materials was excellent and the cost was fair. Job site was cleaned up before they left. I would use EC Construction again."

"He did a bad job, he painted the front door at the top so now there is paint on the glass because he did not tape it off and did not try to clean it. He complained about the previous guy that painted it because there were spots but he did a worse job painting it while holding onto his phone while he is painting and put the wrong color. The back door he put a deadbolt in but it just spins so I had to hire a locksmith to fix it. I had a door jammer on my office and master bedroom door that he was supposed to have it installed but it did not work so I had to have the locksmith fix that also. He was supposed to do touch paint on the wall by the door frame an he did not do it, I went around to check the work after he left because he said he was done and found these issues, I had to hire someone else to fix these issues. He gave the key to my neighbors which they came into my house and ruined mt computer."
