"Sam did a great job on all the repair items on my list except one and that one was to be subcontracted to a painter he knew. (I was supposed to get an estimate on that job a couple of days after Sam finished the initial work and I never heard back from either of them!). My only critique was that he didn't stay in contact with me, and before he started I had to call him and ask if he still wanted the job. I do want to reiterate that the quality of Sam's work was excellent, the work was completed quickly, the cost was very fair, clean-up was good and he was easy to work with. I would recommend him. Ciro came by and provided a prompt and thorough quote.  We scheduled the repair within the next week.

Roberto showed up early!  He took care to cover the floors leading into the bathrooms, covered the fixtures and set about changing round holes to rectangular openings which fit the new fan fixtures.  After the drywall installation, he primed the new patch so I will be able to paint to match the rest of the room.

The work was well done and completed within a very short period of time.
