"A slope in our yard made the space hard to use, so we added a retaining wall. Way To Go Builders managed the project and suggested a reinforce concrete footing to support the block wall above it. The crew dug a deep trench, installed rebar, and poured a solid base. Once cured, the wall was built up and capped for a clean look. Drainage was included with weep holes and gravel backfill, which prevents water buildup behind the wall. The wall spans nearly 40 feet, transforming the yard into usable, level space."

"Dee is fantastic! We loved the design Mike came up with for our backyard makeover. Then once construction started we realized we had made choices that needed to be changed. In every case Dee's suggestions (stucco the walls instead of paint, don't use DG next to the pool, run wood fence topper horizontally) turned out to the best. We are so glad we listened to him. Our finished backyard looks like an art installation but one where you can feel comfortable and at home. Now a year later we had them come back for a few tweaks and again Dee's suggestions were the right ones. They are complete professionals and absolutely know what they are doing. "We are thrilled by the results! Mike and his crew took out 10 boxes of dirt from a hill in our back yard all manually! They then installed a 50 x 4ft retaining wall (fully permitted) on the hill. After that poured a 60 x 10 concrete deck and steps to our new upper deck that now overlooks the pool. They then covered the new wall and existing lower wall with new custom colored stucco. We have now doubled our backyard space and for the first time in 12 years be proud to show off our backyard!
