They asked that they be allowed to take out all the screens( metal ones) on the gutters, I just felt I should have had some time to research this before I it was done. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out.
