Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. "IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. "We found Michael (Frederick Jones) on Angie?s List and had
him paint the exterior of our house about a year ago.
We were very happy with
the quality of his work and we had looked at several bids and he was the most
competitive. 
This last August we put our house on the market as we were
moving out of the area.
Our realtor advised us to have the house staged and
repaint the inside-which we did. 
We
needed the work done in a timely manner as there were a lot of things we were
coordinating with a tight timetable.
The painter that was recommended by the
realtor gave a bid that we thought was high and also took way too long ? 9 days. 
Then he said he was too busy for when we
needed the work done. In the meantime I contacted Michael again and got a bid
from him.
He gave me a bid on the spot and was able to start exactly when we
needed him and did it in less than 6 days. 
As before, he did quality work and even did some things that we had not
foreseen that were not in the original bid (like painting inside closets) and he
didn?t charge us extra. And he was still $500 less than the other bid we had!  He had to work with a paint ?color expert?
from the realtor who was very demanding and particular.  Michael did a great job and was courteous and
friendly throughout.   
I would highly
recommend Frederick Jones painting for any interior or exterior work.
