The time past again with no word so I placed a call to the company. Was told another week and all would be set to begin. Once again no word so when I called and told the planner that my experience has been ridiculous he was very apologetic. He provided no real reason for the delay just that I should have been contacted earlier to begin. He came out to my house that afternoon to place markings for the crew and 1.5 weeks later the work began. Make sure you keep checking up the start of your project. <br />"

Stan was punctual and answered all my questions thoroughly. He scheduled the installation for only a few days later. Jamie came on time to install the fence and went over everything with me before he started so that I knew exactly what was going on. He instructed me on what to do with my dog for the next few days to get her used to the system. He even had a suggesstion that was better than what we originally planned. Stan came back several days later to reinforce the training. He was very gentle with my playful Great Dane who, to my embarassment, was not as well behaved as I would have liked her to be. I could not be happier with the company or the product and highly recommend them!"
