"Mike from F&C Air Duct was fabulous. We had no records as to when furnace/air duct vents were last cleaned. Last occupant had been there 7-8 years and no records prior to that either. Mike and his partner arrived early, efficiently set up, thoroughly cleaned & sanitized all the vent ducts and furnace inside, patiently explained what was being done and patiently answered/educated on all questions, and they thoroughly cleaned up before leaving.
