"I thought the job went fine, until I had to get a repair done. The post has moved by the gate, causing it to sag, and they are not willing to acknowledge this as the gate only has a 6 month warranty. But it was in fact the installation of the post that caused the damage."

If you are simply looking for a straight, sturdy fence at a reasonable price, then you will get that from this company. For the most part I am happy with my fence, and the overall experience of working with this company. Customer assistance from the office staff (Ashley) was excellent, and the crew that installed the fence was professional, respectful, and courteous. However, if you value attention to detail and good craftsmanship as much as I do, then I would look elsewhere. It is for that reason that I rated them as only fair. A few examples of what I mean.... inconsistent picket widths; numerous nails missing their mark; pickets not properly fastened; inconsistent post-to-post section widths; and quality of wood used could have been much better. Unfortunately I would not hire them again for those reasons."
