Chris Velasco the owner stopped by and as we discussed the project u became comfortable that he knew what I wanted and could begin the 2 day job within a couple of weeks. We quickly agreed on the cost and terms and the job was completed as promised. Chris as well as his employees were very professional, clean and well educated on the work that had to be done. Chris himself would explain the process as the different steps took place. I can highly recommend his services. I would definitely use his services again."

We got quotes from several companies, and while Go Panorama offered one of the most reasonable prices, what really stood out was Miguel’s professionalism. He came prepared with a detailed design plan and walked us through everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward with them. The backyard turned out amazing. The concrete patio, walkway, and steps are clean, modern, and very functional. The synthetic turf was also installed flawlessly and looks fantastic. The front yard, including the irrigation system and planting, was done beautifully and exactly how we envisioned it. I also want to give special recognition to Bryon and the entire Go Panorama crew. The project took about three weeks, and throughout that time, the team was incredibly hardworking, respectful. They were very considerate of our space, which we truly appreciated."

"I was overcharged ? the price was changed after the project was completed, and I received no help with designing the space. This was not made clear to me during the initial phases of the project. Other contractors typically include design guidance, but I was left to figure out plant selections and their placement myself, which was time-consuming and frustrating, especially as I?m not an expert in landscaping. Roy overpromised and underdelivered. The team that came to do the physical work, led by Hugo, was fine, but I expected a professional service that included both design and supervision ? not something I had to manage myself. I was also charged $185 for a tree rose without being told its price in advance, adding to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Roy and Nick. They are dishonest, and you may end up with a much higher bill than initially quoted. I wish I had researched their reviews more carefully before hiring them, and I would not recommend them."
