"Isaiah came to give an estimate to fix our Iron gates, I liked it, and he fixed it right away. It was good work. Later that same day, I found out that our gate latch is not staying in tact easily which he fixed. I left him a message to come back to adjust the latch but I haven't heard from him. How is that for customer care? How the company stands by its services is probably the best measure of its true quality. It is getting rarer by the day to find people who still care.
