"Fidelity Roofing called the same day, scheduled to inspect our roof within the week. (They could have come earlier in the week, but my schedule was the conflict.) He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. Really appreciated the follow through and thoroughness. "

"Cantrell was very professional. They came next day to try the first solution, which they did not charge for until it was tested by the rain. When the first solution didn't work, they came back out and tried a different. Once again, they let it rain before charging me. The second solution worked great! Overall great customer service!"

"MK Builders are top-notch. Their work is exceptional. Talk about quality for the money, you can't beat their craftsmanship and working knowledge. Our house is 100 years old. We've had several contractors here over the years. MK Builders was the only company that possesses a competent working knowledge of vintage construction. What's more is they love and cherish old homes. And as good as MK Builders is with old houses they're equally on top of things with new construction.
