She was helpful and we were able to schedule a surveying appointment time in the near future. Mr. Going, Accura Land Surveying, arrived on time and we discussed my surveying needs. He was very easy to talk with, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He took many measurements of our exterior home and upon completion, he rang our doorbell stating what he had done, and that he'd be back soon with the report. True to his word, he returned within a couple of days. I was amazed at the detail, both drawn out picture of our property and wording, on the surveyor's report. "Survey was completed in a timely fashion. Some +\- measurements on report were disappointing. No geo coordinates mentioned like on previous surveys we had. Contacted them a month later for a staked survey and wanted $500 - I mentioned they had done a location report and though that since they had already done the work we should get a somewhat discounted rate to which he replied the $500 was discounted from the normal 600-700 they usually charge. Decided to use another company who did the staked survey for less."

"Mr. Johnson did an outstanding job. He did extensive research that I think went above and beyond in an effort to get the survey as accurate as possible. It did not appear a prior staked survey was done. Several discrepancies arose between what the previous owner believed to be the property line, on one side, and what it proved to be by following the legal & platted descriptions. Fortunately for us it's in our favor. But needless to say the other landowner is not very happy. Mr. Johnson has been working with her and her family to explain the situation. He has also made us aware of possible outcomes and what we may want to do to avoid more issues."
