"The projected couldn't have gone more perfectly. Ayersman began work on July 5 exactly when they said they would. The work was completed on Friday, July 29, also when they anticipated that the work would be done. During the renovation process, the work area was cleaned of all work-related debris at the end of each workday resulting in the remainder of the house being kept relatively free of dirt and dust. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional and the Ayersman's were a dream to work with....so much so that my husband and I are looking around for other projects that we want them to do. "The job overall was great and we are happy with the final product. We got estimates from 3 different window suppliers. By far the worst part of the entire experience is waiting through the sales pitches that they give. I had heard window sales presentations before and did not need to hear great detail on all the things about the company or number of years in business etc. The meeting to get an estimate on several window options from Andersen took 2 hours and I was upset simply because I did not want it to take so long. They just refuse to move along and give you the price until they say all their sales talk. Once we got past that part, everything was smooth. We put our order and the sales man came the same day to pick up a deposit check. Our original estimate was for 8 weeks until delivery but it ended up being closer to 4. The installation crew was well mannered and professional, and were easy to talk to. They put down appropriate drop cloths before working. They did a nice and neat uninstall of the old window a piece at a time, and did not overly force anything. The head construction man used foam around all the old cracks and crevices along the window frame before putting the new window it. The window fit just great and the entire job took only about 4 hours. I pointed out some missing caulk and they made sure it was fully caulked up right away. The outside flashing looks good and fits snugly. They cleaned up and vacuumed after themselves. The window itself is constructed very well. We are very happy with our choice for this window and felt at ease while it was being installed."

"Home and changes are fine, but footer leaks and had to install sump pump and dehumidifier with full encap in crawl space. Also, builder didn’t use full dimensional lumber, but used ijoists without fire protection. Carried plastic gas line through the crawl space wall. Used 5x5 wooden piers to hold up my home instead of building block piers. Had to install jack posts to cover for this."
