"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."

We have many years of experience in the industry, our job is to provide you with a healthier and safer environment within your home.
"Paid $650 for a 3500 sq ft house for air duct cleaning. It was a super-rushed and poor job. From start to finish it last 45 mins (as compared to 4-5 hours mentioned by their competitors during bidding). A few specific observations: 1. Several vents were not cleaned. They specifically confirmed one very large return vent was cleaned but the toys had not been removed from the front and there was still dust on the vent. 2. Not all vents were put back into the wall 3. It was comical watching one of the guys: He would use his rotating brush directly on the vent cover, causing all the dust to fly off around the house and onto himself. And then he would spend some time applying the rotating brush to his clothes and body to get the dust off himself. This happened several times, including after I asked him to do this outside the house. On the plus side, the crew did identify that there was a problem in the way the original heating ducts were installed which I should get fixed. So I do appreciate that part. Another positive is that they showed up on time."

"We have white fabric couches in our living room and one of our cats used one of the couches as a litter pan. I was devastated....figured we would have to order 2 seat cushions and it would be costly. I found Jersey Steamer and decided to give them a shot... BEST decision!! You can’t tell anything ever happened...and even the smell is completely gone. They were at my house within 24 hours of me calling and they offered to be there sooner but it didn’t work for us with our schedules. Not only did they fix my cushions but they vacuumed both couches and when they were done...the couches looked like did when they were delivered 2 years ago!! And for all they did, we couldn’t get over what a fair price they charged! They were so excellent that we’ve decided to have them come in a couple of times a year to have them clean the couches, dining room chairs and kitchen stools which all have cloth seats. This company nailed it for us !!"
