"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! "We bought the Angie's List Big Deal for $249 for an interior painter for 8 hours.  He was able to paint a medium sized bedroom and our fireplace mantle in that time (the mantle took multiple coats) as well as touch up some trim.  He even took the time to repair some small places on the fireplace mantle.  Bottom line: they did the job well and they did it RIGHT.   The painter was kind and did an outstanding job.  He literally just pulled out of my driveway and I am already writing this review because of how happy I am with the work.  Painting is not easy to do correctly and make it look GOOD, so were happy to pay for someone else to do the job.  The edging was perfect and the paint job is really nice.  I will use them in the future for any painting needs I have.  They were on time and willing to touch up some trim around the house because we had about 45 minutes left of the 8 hour time that we purchased.  I would not hesitate to use ETC Home Improvement again in the future.
