We hired them for a full move-out clean, including an additional oven cleaning, and what we received was far from what was promised. They failed to complete basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets, cleaning baseboards, sinks, cabinets, drawers, and window sills. They also completely skipped the oven, which we specifically paid extra for. To make matters worse, they broke the shower arm in our bathroom, which led to significant water damage. They never informed us during or after the cleaning, and we only found out when the damage was already done. When we contacted them about it, they initially promised to send someone back, but never followed through. Communication since then has been nonexistent. Neither we, our plumber, nor the third-party company that hired them have been able to get a response despite multiple attempts. It?s been weeks with no resolution, no accountability, and no response."
