In our new house (with much younger trees) and I had them provide a bid to plant a new tree and prune three 10 year old tree. The arborist, Mike, arrived on time, addressed to my questions/concerns, and wrote up a bid. Due to a rainy spring, we had to reschedule this work several times, but the owner, Paul, communicated this with me each day of the scheduled work. Eventually a very competent couple of guys came out to perform the work. The crew lead was able to tell me all about how to care for and maintain the newly planted tree as well as the other trees which they pruned. He did a really nice job of pruning out the trees to open them up and keep the branches out of the street/car area. Great job cleaning up afterwards as well. I would definitely use them again."
