When I called to get an appt for them to come out and start up, was told by receptionist/ofc person that it would be $250-350 to restart ( basically turn a couple knobs) i advised of the three year agmt and she said they did not do that and there would be a charge. Kind of feeling like a bait n switch there.... What is a quality sprinkler system is now diminished by the lack of concern/customer service from the Co. We are disappointed as I did my due diligence to locate Nationscapes and my husband really liked and trusted Nate."
