"This is a dirty company that is efficient at defrauding your insurance policy. We had a fire at our home and the mitigation team we hired, equally as dirty, brought these guys in to handle our contents. They packed us out in a couple of vans and two trips with a small box truck. When they returned on the first day they showed up with two HUGE moving trucks and multiple vans. They filled our house with hundreds and hundreds of boxes then told us they would be back the next day. That night we began to open up boxes. Box after box was 80% packing material and very very few items for example. One 16"x16" box had a single baseball cap, another had 6 plastic containers you get at Chinese restaurants something most people would throw away, in another scenario a train toy set of my son's left in one box and was returned in 6 boxes. The next day when they returned my wife asked the supervisor why all these boxes were mostly empty. With a straight face she said "well the insurance company pays us per box." Dirtiest part was we told our adjustor who then told them their pack out count had to match the pack in numbers so they provided falsified documents that said they were the same number of boxes. Horrible disgusting company. Stay away."

Dominga & Daniel offered a very fair quote when they came to see the extent of the work required. Dominga & her work companion did a wonderful job. They worked extremely hard and were very thorough. They were also very respectful of my possessions when they moved them to clean, and I was very confident of the care they were taking with the job. All communication has been efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them and have already emailed the other residents in our building to pass on details along with my strong recommendation."

"They send multiple e-mails and texts before they arrive to let you know any additional services will be more than the $100 vent cleaning and if you don't want anything done, there is a $60 service call fee. This sets them up for the bait and switch. The tech went to one of the vents and immediately started telling me about how my freon in the AC unit would need to be recharged and on and on and on his sales pitch. He then told me the $100 was only for maintenance cleaning, I needed something else. So he pulls out a paper with like 6 different "levels" of warranty etc. The lowest one, for an 800sf place - 6 vents, 1 return was $1500. I told him I would pay him the $60 to leave. I ended up removing the blockage from kids dropping toys down the vent myself and learned the vent he was "inspecting" when he told me it was clogged - was in fact a return vent!! Do not trust these people. Bait and switch scam."

He did a tremendous job. Soon after I contacted him to help me with the Power Washing, I was at my mother’s home trying to get the last few details completed so we could get the home on the market. I became very sick while taking care of some of these Misc jobs and truly needed help to get things done within the timeline. I called to see if he did odd outside jobs thinking since he did Power Washing, perhaps he did other outside odds and ends. In desperation, I thought I need to call and ask if he wasn’t interested he could let me know. He came by the following day and did what I asked as well as all the other jobs I could use his help with. He did it all and a wonderful job to boot. NOWAY would I have met the deadline without him.
