And this year we were battered with alot of snow and their crew has beeb great with their timely response to our house (on a route) and even come late into the night (after snow stops) if necessary. They plow our driveway which has a steep upward slope and they also clear ALL of our walkways, decks, and entry areas with shovels and ice melt. Their crew is fast and efficient. Once or twice out of more than 10 times, I believe I had to call them back to re-do or complete an area (due to new crew not knowing our property) and they came right back out quickly and completed. "I bought the deal for 4hrs/1 person or 2hrs/2 people. However I got 3 people for 1hr 20minutes. It just wasn't enough time unfortunately. The work they did do was very well done and immaculate. They cleaned up everything as they went. It was like the weeds never existed. I asked them to bring a lawn mower but they forgot. The job did not get completed before they had to leave which was disappointing. If they had remembered the mower, I'm sure I would've given them all As. Oh well."
