"I can only suggest one thing - Call Richard for any painting or power washing projects. Don't walk, Run to your phone. This guys and his son were amazing. I was in a pinch to get a room painted, power washing deck, patio and pool area as I was in the process of selling my home. Rich came on time. Gave me a fair quote. And best of all was able to rearrange a few other projects to fit me in to what I would call a small window of time I had. Work was professional and clean. But wait there is more! Power washing of the deck took a bit too much color out (Rich had said he would be aware to keep the pressure down a bit). But when it was done it really needed to be stained. No hesitation. Rich knew it had to be stained. Again he re-arranged his scheduled and came on a SUNDAY to finish the project. Now I am not saying to expect this on every job. "I hired Mauricio to perform several projects in my home, including remodeling my bathroom, painting my living room and dining room, painting my outdoor shutters and front door, repairing and painting my outdoor deck, and power washing my home. The work that he and his crew performed was fantastic. The bathroom remodel came out incredible. I was away on vacation while the work was being performed and Mauricio would provide me with daily updates, including pictures of the progress. Mauricio was extremely attentive and detailed orientated to the project. He was very professional and his price for the work was very competitive. The work was finished on time and without any issues. Mauricio might be the best contractor that I have ever dealt with. "I have never utilized a painter like Marlene! She and her partner did an absolutely perfect job. Ha, we are not related but I am proud to have worked with her. She handled every room with perfection. Everything carefully covered with no paint spatter. Prior to departing every evening, she walked around the house and checked all her work. One night she packed up her truck, returned to do an inspection snd found one place where the paint was slightly missing. She WENT BACK TO HER TRUCK, brought back her supplies and repaired the one bad spot and reloaded her truck. How many painters would fo that? I highly recommend her. You can not go wrong hiring here."

I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work.  The house is sided with cedar shakes.  The paint lasts about 9 to 10 years before requiring a recoat.  (The trim lasts about half that interval.)  Very little peeling occurs in that interval; the trim has always been the worst offender.  The house is power washed in preparation.  Primer is used as required.  Spray equipment is used to apply the paint.   The paint is applied evenly without any runs.  Overspray is basically non-existent.

The workmen arrive when scheduled.  Rich, the owner is there during the beginning of the job and periodically during the job.  His foreman is there during the entire job.
