"The services they have done for me were excellent. However, their business model has changed and they are signing people up on yearly service contracts. No more a la carte pricing. This basically means if you're not in the 1%, you're out of luck, which is unfortunate. They're serving homes 3,000 sq feet or larger with this pricing. My home is under that so I'm not in their business model any longer. Too bad."
