He and his crew were here for most of the day (roughly 8 hours I think) and the window and the well look, no lie, awesome. Quality work. Extremely knowledgeable as he's been doing this for a long time and he knows the permitting process. "SUPER. After submitting my original request for a quote with all pertinent measurements, I received a quote within 2 days of my submission. After checking the measurements on the quote, I discovered some errors in my measurements and contacted the company. They returned my call in 1 day. After I gave them the changes, they emailed me a new copy of the quote, the price was the same but reflected my changes. I approved the quote and submitted payment method. 3 weeks later the door was delivered to my house. Door was manufactured of 12 gauge steel and coated with oxide primer coating as promised by the company. The measurements I supplied to Steelway were adhered to exactly, it was a perfect fit. Completely professionally manufactured in a very reasonable period of time. The cellar door was shipped from PA to GA via truck and arrived without any damage. I could not have been more pleased with the end product. The fit was good that it took less than 1 hour to install it. I would highly recommend Steelway Cellar Doors. The price was only slightly higher than any of the available standard doors which would not fit. I would give them 10 Stars if that was available."

"Others gave me estimates using standard 2" X 3" vinyl gutters and plastic gutter covers. Chris gave me an estimate that was more expensive than others, but the gutters he used were 3" X 4" aluminum. The gutter guards were the metal Xtreme covers made of stainless steel mesh and aluminium body. Chris gave us an appointment the following Wednesday. He and Jose spent all day. Jose replaced the wood beams in the roof overhang while Chris made the gutters. There was some rain, but other than that,the worked all day. They got the job done! It rained in the evening of the day of the installation. Everything worked fine. No overflows, no sagging, and the water flowed smoothly. Chris is very proud of the quality of his work, sticks to his estimates (the roof overhang problem was worse than he thought), and keeps his appointments. I am very happy with the results and fully recommend him!"

"We have used Ton Adams twice to install windows. Our interactions leading up to installation were positive. Expect to wait for an installation date though. It did take a while to get dates on the calendar both times. The crew lead by Jay is awesome, and we requested them multiple times. They are professional, friendly and personable. They took the time to do the installation correctly, and they also took the time to talk to us about issues or info about the windows. There were a couple minor issues. One involved a delivered screen that was not the right size. The other involved a broken piece of one window. Both issues were addressed professionally and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. As mentioned it can take some time to get things scheduled."
