"We were impressed with Sean’s responsiveness, attitude and abilities. He understood our needs and met them efficiently and skilfully. He got the jobs done quickly and we highly recommend him. Sean built a custom gate on a front porch and installed pavers in a small backyard."

"Mike Pelayo and his crew at Forever Green Landscape Construction did a FANTASTIC job on my backyard renovation!!! HIs crew worked in a timely professional manner from the time of first contact, detailed professional estimate, to construction of a paved patio, deck, synthetic turf area for grandchildren and pets, outdoor shower with hot/cold water, installation of natural gas fire pit table and outdoor overhead string lights. This was a secluded area with limited access so it was a real challenge, but Mike and his crew pulled it off without any difficulty. My backyard is wonderful!!!"

"Had an above average experience. For starters the project was finished so fast. I feel like when it comes to any kind of construction project I just expect the project to go way over schedule, this was not the case. The only problem I had was not being able to decide which styles to go with which took me some time to decide but after I knew what I wanted the designer was accommodating and flexible. I was told the back patio would be done in 7 days and it was. That was just one cool thing about it. The crew was super nice. There was no mess afterwards. Or while they were working on the pavers which has bugged me with other companies in the past. Pavers look great, they match the house. I wish I could do more to my yard but will definitely call back when I'm able to."

"We were very pleased with their work, and they did extra work without asking for more money. They installed a Allen block wall for us and they worked very hard to get the angles cut right. They had extra block left over and I asked them to install it, and they did without extra charge. They also installed artificial turf in my back yard. I removed the existing grass and they removed excess dirt and leveled our yard, added base and filled in any voids with sand. They dis a good job of installing a boarder and the grass except we can still see the seam, or joints. At first I was disappointed with the seam, but they told me how to work it out and it is working. But every yard I look at also shows the seam just a little. We have already recommended them for two other customers, one of which has already used them. We hare very happy with their finished product."

"Very well. The men worked very hard in very hot weather. They completed the job a day early. They always left me a text when they took a break or needed to pick up something and they cleaned up their mess. I am very pleased and will use them when I’m ready to work on the side yard."

"Octavio and his team of workers have come to my property several times to put in trees, bushes, pavers, sprinkler systems, and synthetic turf. All their work has been done quickly and professionally. They demonstrate a positive "can do" attitude and they clearly are good at what they do."

"Mike took the job on short notice. He analyzed the what was involved in my project and gave me an estimate. I accepted the bid and Mike arrived on the job site on time and ready to go to work. Mike is very personalable and communicate well. His work was spot on and I couldn't be more satisfied. He cleaned up after completing the job and advised me on how to care for the cap stone that he installed. I would definitely hire Mike in the future for concrete and masonry work."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Morro Bay, CA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
