He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked efficiently!! It was nice to have it all taken care of in a day."

"Their representative came to measure our closet door openings for replacing the bypass doors with bifold doors. He arrived exactly on time and brought all materials in with him. He wore shoe covers showing respect for our home. Very professional and knowledgeable about the company products and services. He explained all the options available and had a sample of their doors. We didn't hire them because their quality of products was too high for our space. More suited to high end homes. If ours was a $700,000+ home I wouldn't hesitate to hire them , but a 1200 square foot starter/downsize condo doesn't command that level of quality. Same reason I didn't choose quartz or granite when I replaced our countertops."

"We had high expectations of quality, simply from Dan’s efficient, detailed quote, along with verbal, email and texts communications, and followup brochures. Matt and Bill kept in constant contact for scheduling and measuring. We had to postpone due to rains and high winds a couple of times, but the crew actually rescheduled for Memorial Day as the weather broke. Rick’s four-man crew arrived at 9:00 sharp, introduced everyone, and immediately remeasured every window, checking against the new ones in the truck, and then staged them all inside. Six hours later they had torn out, replaced, loaded our old sashes and frames into their box truck, and completely caulked 15 of the 26 windows. Arriving early the next morning, they immediately had three windows out in our front room, and seven hours later were completely cleaned up, with every piece of exterior trim custom cut, installed and perfectly caulked. Clean up inside and out was immaculate. They were as efficient, polite, well mannered, conversational and conscientious crew that we’ve had in our house. Dan and his Zen Windows TEAM is FIVE STAR. "Shawn is very professional and does excellent work!! He hung all of our 6-panel interior doors and did such an awesome job, we hired him to assemble our gazebo. It is a 10 x 12 double-tier galvanized steel roof gazebo. The directions said 2 people really should put it together, but he did it all by himself in about 9 hours. Wow... fast!! We have been using it for a few weeks now and are so impressed with his work. We have had torrential rain and not one leak! Next, we will be asking him to put in bathroom flooring. Shawn rocks!! 5 stars!"

"I was very impressed with the professionalism and punctuality of the project. We had a back patio space we wanted enclosed and had gotten several estimates and examined the types of materials for. We went with an insulated foam vinyl and enclosed with glass and vinyl siding. It took about six weeks after the final measurements and contract signature for the material to arrive. They installed neatly and meticulously, even adding an unplanned finish on the inside. We absolutely LOVE this space. It is our new favorite place to hang out- with windows open or closed, we also had a patio sliding door added for outside access.I am thrilled with the whole project and experience. It is so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. They have a lot of experience and obviously it showed. Everything was sealed well and they came back once afterwards to double check and finish last piece of material installation that arrived a little late (No problem for us).
