The only reason I am giving a C for Punctuality is because they told me that they were at a job the previous day only a few miles from my home vs having to travel 45 minutes from their first job of the day.  <br /> Two guys came & worked as a team to clean all the air ducts, & dryer vent. When I went downstairs to check on them, there was a huge mess all over the floor.
