"When the guy came out we told him that the furnace was freezing up and that all it was doing was running it was not cooling off in the house.  It would run on heat when it was on air condition. <br /> The first guy who came out, which was some what lightly argumentative  could not figure out the problem.  He put in a new thermostat and found that wasn't it .  So he called it in to have someone else come out.  So a few hours later <br /> they had another guy come out and hooked up a grounding wire and left.  It seems to be doing OK now. <br /> We have never been able to get them to come out the same day as they state.  Hours not days.  Well we have always been days.  We call them at least once every one to  two years for a problem. Never got help in the same day. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."

"knocked on my door at exactly the time we had set. Came in, explained what he was going to do and got right to work. The gentlemen was very clean and even wiped down my appliances as he was through inspecting them.
