We are about to undertake the replacement of a fence adjoining our neighbor's property and are excited to know that Paramount Pavers & Construction also does fence construction. We will be calling them for the job."

"I was very impressed that our project stayed on schedule, even with ALL the rain, add-ons and a last-minute drainage hiccup. Right from the get-go, Mike had a good eye and a strong vision for our outdoor project. I was 100% convinced on getting pavers but Mike sold us on concrete and I'm glad he did. He was very persistent with following up after we received our bid and was great about answering the 100 questions I had...on top of my husband's (this was our first time doing concrete). He is very responsive (before/during/after), great to work with and a good conversationalist...which I appreciate when I'm working with someone. "Hutch was professional and personable , easy to talk to about my design for front yard. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. Offered a few addresses for us to drive by to see his actual work which helped us on our decision to work with Hye Turf Design. I would highly recommend Hye Turf Designs. Thanks Hutch !"

"We hired Pacific Outdoor Living to relandscape our backyard, installing all new stone, turf, pool coping and reshaping the whole space. Khalil was an outstanding project manager - always communicating what was going to get done by when and they moved very quickly. Khalil was not going to be happy unless we were thrilled and he delivered! Khalil also had to contend with a simultaneous project that we had going on in the same space of an ADU renovation - and he was very accommodating and communicative during the process to help it all go smoothly. The guys doing the masonry work were fantastic - taking the care to do perfect work on a project that required laying a lot of stone tile on the patio and around the pool. Our backyard is beautiful now and I would highly recommend Pacific Outdoor Living to anyone needing landscape work of any size."

"I wish I could give this company a wonderful review. But, that is not going to be the case. Our System Pavers salesman, Mr. Mike Ammenwerth, took care of drawing up the plans. He was nice enough... However, communicating with him afterward was, in fact, a challenge in itself. We signed the contract for our Paver project, which included Pergola Patio Cover, which turned out to be a separate project. We were assigned a couple of *project managers*... First, it was Beau Johnston, the Repair Technician, who had to be pulled off the job, then it was Mr. Zakk Schot who ended up being our primary point-of-contact for the majority of the project. We also had interaction with the company Contraction Manager, Mr. Frank Gori. All in all... Communication was spotty at best throughout this experience (with the exception of dealing with Zakk). The Pergola patio cover became an issue as time went on. We advised Mike Ammenwerth that we wanted additional shade than we were receiving from our existing wooden patio cover. Mike told us *no problem* and recommended the Pergola. Well, the Pergola, once it was installed, sat higher (taller) with a less angle and, frankly, provided less shade (or really no shade) when we compared it to our old patio cover. It is attractive looking without question... However, now we have to install roll down shades to the sides and front of our beautiful patio cover. Not what we expected at all. Our patio cover faces to the South. So... Be very much aware of which side of the house YOU intend on the installation of the very same product. Had I done more research on companies that perform this very same type of service, I would have saved myself a heck of a lot of money. System Pavers profit markup is outrageous (I found out after-the-fact). The company itself only hires subcontractors for their work. The paver subcontractor (Mr. Rozival Sousa of Paver Performance, Lic #1060961) asked me what I paid for our paving contract... He gave me a *look*, then told me that he could have done it for half the price with the very same material and guarantees. Lesson learned. This company depends on the ignorance of the client. The subcontractor, and his team, did a reasonably nice job with our paving project. However, they were very sloppy with the concrete residue left behind on all edges of the paver boundaries. They also left lots of rock and sand that we had to clean up. We filled 3 large trash cans and still had more to go. Some sprinkler pipes were broken as well... However, those were repaired. For the price I (we) paid for this construction project, I certainly expected more attention to detail when it was all said and done. Would recommend this company to someone else? Probably not. Do your research! More importantly, take several bids from various companies. You will eventually discover that System Pavers is way overpriced."

"The crew did a great job. It took a week to finish due to some rain. The price was fair, as I compared it to several other contractors. They were not the lowest ones, but definitely not the highest ones. Roger was always available over the phone. The crew and leader, Juan, were very professional and courteous. I'd recommend them for sure."
