"Hutch was professional and personable , easy to talk to about my design for front yard. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. "Right from the start things went well. Or salesman, Chris, presented the company's services in a straightforward fashion and gave us addresses of other projects so we could see some similar projects installed. We had other quotes for the job, one a little higher and another a lot higher. Price was not the driving factor - we just felt more comfortable working with Pacific Outdoor and the low price was just a bonus. Once we signed on the process went very smoothly. Jorge, a supervisor, came out right away and went over the details and a demolition crew showed up a couple days after that. Fun to watch these guys work - with all their big equipment they had our old concrete driveway out before noon and started preparing the bedding. The next day the installation crew arrived and went right to work. I worried that if I asked for minor changes someone would tell me it wasn't in the contract and would entail additional cost. Not the case. The two or three I asked for were done without any discussion. We anticipated the job would take five days and they were done in four. The last day was a Saturday so they didn't leave the job sitting there partially completed over the weekend. We're all done, very pleased and getting lots of compliments from the neighbors. If I have another project I won't hesitate using these good folks."

"Cipriano is FANTASTIC. He's punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, and takes tremendous PRIDE in his work - so it SHOWS. His work is TOP NOTCH. He replaced some really crappy turf that another installer had talked me into, and he installed beautiful, thick, high-end turf that looks real and feels amazing. And he did it all in LESS time than he said it would take, despite having to do it in between rain storms! He rearranged all the sprinklers, organized the system, moved an incredibly heavy piece of stone to another part of the yard, and just did an overall BEAUTIFUL job on our back yard! I cannot possibly recommend him HIGHLY ENOUGH!! I've had turf installed by three other companies in the past, and C.Perez is by FAR the absolute BEST. Quality, price, and professionalism! "We are thrilled by the results! Mike and his crew took out 10 boxes of dirt from a hill in our back yard all manually! They then installed a 50 x 4ft retaining wall (fully permitted) on the hill. After that poured a 60 x 10 concrete deck and steps to our new upper deck that now overlooks the pool. They then covered the new wall and existing lower wall with new custom colored stucco. We have now doubled our backyard space and for the first time in 12 years be proud to show off our backyard!

We had just purchased our house and Nir came over and and provided us with a detailed, explained and professional estimate for the exterior paint job that we wanted which we wanted to do right after we moved in. With the quick turnaround and very reasonable pricing… we signed the agreement and gave him the approval to start. His crew arrived early to our house and started the work. They professionally prepped the walls at the house, fixed many stucco parts on the walls that needed to be fixed and continued to work even after the regular working hours in order to stay on time with the completion date. The painting job was done a lot nicer that we imagined and we could not be happier with the final results. They are a truly professional team and it was a pleasure to do business with them."
